You are given the freedom and time you need to choose the exact service and memorial products you would like for your companion. We’ll work with you to arrange a send-off in your pet’s memory according to your wishes, budget and personal requests.

We understand what your pet means to you. Our compassionate and caring team will look after your companion as if they are part of our own family.
1. Call us when you feel ready
We’ll talk through our service options, and record the final farewell arrangements and any special requests you decide on. We will also take payment for the services and any caskets or keepsake items you choose.
2. We’ll receive your pet
Your companion will be brought to our crematorium from your veterinary practice, or you may decide to bring them to us directly if you choose to book our Remembrance Room. We will carefully review your wishes before sending your companion for their cremation service.
3. Collection or return of ashes
If you choose an individual cremation, we’ll carefully prepare your pet’s ashes and place them into your casket, urn or keepsake selection. Your pet’s ashes are normally returned to your veterinary practice or ready for collection within 5-10 working days.
